Not a huge update today but I’ve had a crazy week. Got back from Austin for work, had a fun day with the wife on Thursday (kids went to the grandparents) and Friday we rented a Harley Ultra because my Stryker just isn’t comfortable enough for 2 people long distance. Then yesterday we were with the kids all day and had to take care of a bunch of stuff. FINALLY today, after working on getting networking out to my garage, rebuilding my media center, and a few other household projects, I was able to get a little work done to the Jeep.
I bought a metal wire wheel for my drill and continued to work on cleaning up the underbody of the Jeep. It works fantastic. Didn’t take any pictures because it’d be difficult to see compared to the previous pics – but still blows me away how clean this thing is. Then I took a few minutes to paint the oil pan on the engine while it’s still on the stand:
